Vera's Belle Sirene in Panama City Beach is a pet friendly family home within walking distance of Public Beach Accesses.

First Responders, Teachers and  Active Military Discounts Available on nightly rates that are applied post booking.  Responsible Party (person booking the property) must message us after booking a reservation.  Valid First Responder, Teacher or Active Military ID of the responsible party will be required.  To qualify, a booking must be made at least 30 days prior to check in date.

Charming coastal cottage nestled in the heart of the West End of Panama City Beach. This home sleeps up to six adults and is delightfully decorated with coastal chic decor. The friendly neighborhood is laid-back and the perfect place for a leisurely bike ride as you chase the perfect sunset. A cozy back patio sets the perfect outdoor venue to cap off the evening. The living area is spacious and is open to the kitchen providing a large area for family gatherings and meals. Dining room table seats four with adjacent kitchen island that seats four additional people. Our sandy white beaches are just steps away at beach access 88. Many restaurants, shopping options, grocery stores and bike rentals are moments away. Be sure to sample our local burgers and breakfast at Sunnyside Grill located within walking distance.

We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. Responsible renter must be an occupant. Any violator will be evicted without refund. All rentals are required to sign our vacation short-term vacation rental contract that will be sent to you for esignature to confirm your booking. We also require names and ages of all guests with copies of photo IDs for all guests over 17 years of age.
This property allows one small (under 20 pounds) dog per booking with payment of $100 non refundable pet fee and Pet Addendum signed by responsible renter. Please notify property manager if bringing a pet.

Parking available for up to 2 vehicles.

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or Cable television service during your stay, NO exceptions.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
